Last weekend I was visiting a beautiful resort on the island of Key Biscayne.
Taking some time off work to get inspired is always a great idea and this was the perfect place.
I found myself going for long walks down the beach to a state park where sea gulls found peaceful stretches of tightly packed sand, foamy surf and cool salt air.
Soft coral washed onto the beach in my path and just beside was a single purple sea shell.
In all my life I have never seen a purple sea shell before. I couldn’t help but wonder how it came to be this beautiful light shade of purple?
So of coarse, I picked it up and took it home. Xoxo, Jax
