Greetings from Las Olas. If you haven’t been to Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale yet, you definitely should plan a visit. Las Olas is one of my favorite places to visit in South Florida. The charming brick stone sidewalks lined with unique boutiques and cafes have that small town feel with big city style. I especially love visiting my friends at Cafe Europa. This little cafe has been there for years but the recent renovation and addition of a center bar area has made it even better. I love sitting at the bar for a glass of wine and having Paco make me one of my favorite dishes, Fettuccine Alfredo. I’m craving it again right now. I was out for an event but after it was finished, I stopped in to enjoy a nice glass of wine with friends. Other places worth noting are Mango’s on Sunday (3pm-5pm) with Jazz  Trio Sammy Lee, steamed mussels at Timpano, and happy eggs brunch while people watching outside of the Riverside Hotel. Xoxo, Jax
