We have all been told at one time or another that “You have to believe in yourself” but it usually goes into our mind and then doesn’t stick. If you spend more time encouraging yourself and less time saying, “I can’t do that so…” then you will be on your way. Xoxo, Jax
Step 1: You must state a specific belief FIRST in order to believe it.
Step 2: HAMMER that belief into yourself CONTINUOUSLY. Beliefs are NOT formed overnight.
Step 3: Write your belief down, keep it by your bed and read it each morning before your start your day.
Step 4: Reality lives in your brain so visualize your belief already achieved everyday.
Step 5: Find positive friends who believe in you and share your goals with them. Ask them to remind you, what you want to accomplish and check on your progress.
