Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go just remember how far you have come.
It’s really easy to be derailed by negative energy. You can start the day fresh and feel great about what your doing and all of a sudden someone or something knocks you off of your feet.
It could even be a small as a hurtful comment on your latest piece of work or photo. I know, it’s really not small when someone says something cruel. In fact, the comment can stick with you throughout the day.
If that happens, try to shift your mind set.
Remember everything you have faced. All the battles you have won and all the fears you have overcome.
Think of your end goal and how you can get there. This is by far the best way to take a negative moment and turn it into the energy you need to be even more active in your achievement.
Even if you find yourself stumbling back let go of what has happened yesterday and walk towards what you want.
By thinking about what you want to happen instead of staying on the negativity, you can change the vibrations and shift your mood to a more positive line of thinking. You have to mindfully do it.

2) Exercise: follow my playlist, turn it up and get moving. You don’t even need to be at the gym, just start dancing right where you are.
3) Chat with a friend: do you have a fun friend who’s always in a great mood. Call them and ask them what’s up. Don’t tell them what happened, just talk about them and make plans to get together.
4) List: Get out your notebook or journal and make a list of your goals. Then write down 3 ways you can work to make them happen.
I promise you that once the storm is over you won’t remember it. You will only feel stronger for having had the courage to walk through it and survive the journey.
