I’m on a journey to understand my own emotional triggers and finding out what makes me happy.
But how to be more happy with your life isn’t always clear if your feeling confused or depressed.
Luckily I’m not actually feeling confused or depressed at this moment. In fact, I’m feeling really good so I want to take this positive energy and do something great with it.
As everything I try to do just naturally leads there, it’s pretty obvious to me that my purpose in this world is to learn and to teach.
One of the most important things that I have learned in my life so far is to know yourself.You’ve got to spend time looking at how you react to things and how that reaction effects your life in a positive or negative way.
Understanding your emotional triggers and finding out what makes you happy should be a priority. But how to be more happy with your life isn’t always clear if your feeling confused or depressed.
Did you know that there are emotional triggers in relationships as well?
Also I’ve discovered that men and women have different emotional triggers that cause them to react.
Since I discovered that little bit of reality it’s helped me to understand what’s in front of me much more so that I can handle the situation better.
So what helps me stay balanced and motivated to keep taking steps forward?
I just look at everything like it’s a personal journey. I stay open to learn from every situation and approach people with empathy so I stay kind and try to not get defensive when they say something insulting or do something that’s hurtful.
After all they have their own emotional triggers and probably haven’t learned to manage them yet so maybe if I stay calm, the situation can be diffused before it escalates.
