My email is over flowing with creative entrepreneurs who’s lives are on over haul and the stress level seems to have reached a new peak. With the pressures of life piling up on top of the constant social vanity comparatives, you’ve got to be able to take a step back and put things in perspective.

I’m a very positive thinker, so let’s strip down what your going though and think about how you can both own your emotions and give yourself a therapeutic outlet of support.

This is the way that I handle my personal melt downs and I think after reading this, you may see a fresh view point that can be helpful to your latest challenge.

I’m talking about embracing honesty as subject matter for your work and rolling that into a story that needs to be told.

We all need inspiration and even more importantly people need to feel an interconnection to others.

I find that essentially life is very lonely, especially for creators who need to isolate themselves to nurture those big ideas.

Your best self doesn’t always come easily in crowded spaces where the energy is swirling with input and activity.

However, on the same page people have a need to relate and feel connected.

This brings me to my point..

Why not share what your going through with those around you.

When you go out on a limb and talk about life and how things effect you, it’s offering a unique perspective to others that they can relate to.

As a fringe benefit, you gain that unbelievable strength from your friends and a stabilizing kinship that forms bonds only through struggles.

Over my many years on social media, I’ve found that all my best ideas come from helping my friends to over come their battles and my friendships have grown stronger as we share our stories with each other.

So next time your feeling stressed, why not offer that moment to people who could probably use the narrative to gain perspective. The conversations you start will not only help you heal and process the struggle but can bring real value to the community of people around you.

And maybe then, we will all feel a little less alone in the journey.

Tweet me your take on my daily journal or leave me a comment below. I’d love to hear from you. I’m also placing a post up so we can chat on facebook and instagram.

Wherever you’ll be today, I’ll see you.
