This weeks featured Blondi Beach City Spot: Tea at the Biltmore
I love going for tea at different places around the city. We took a day trip to the Biltmore in Coral Gables Florida and did a photo shoot while we were there for this new dress from my collection. This dress sold out in just a few days after the post released. Thanks to all of you for following my Collection and supporting my designs with your purchase. After tea, a final exploration of the vast property found us at this beautiful fountain that filled the air with cool water sheltering us from the hot day. It was a refreshing courtyard made of coral stone. I wondered how many people had been there before me and if this portion of the hotel existed in the 20’s. That’s something that I have yet to discover. (Come see my trip to the Biltmore in Coral Gables Florida. )
We released the new looks for my swimwear collection yesterday on facebook so some of you could check them out. Reading your feedback and hearing your thoughts was so wonderful. Thank you for taking the time to look and express your views. (Look at the album on facebook/BlondiBeachwear here )
Scott R. Kaiser Do away with the dots, they obstruct the view, make the top shorter, now that I’m thinking about it make the bottom shorter too if you think I’m drooling now, just wait till you make those modifications. WOW!
Fashion Design has always been a passion of mine. Growing up with a Fashion Designing Mom, I have spent a lifetime around fabrics, sewing machines, showrooms and fit models. When I was old enough to reach the table top, my Mother sat me down on a sewing machine and taught me how to sew my name. She would make me sew it over and over until I could spell each letter perfectly in stitch. I remember falling asleep on bolts of pretty colored fabrics waiting for her to finish her day and showrooms filled with models trying on the latest samples for fittings. But one of my best memories was sitting next to my Mom as she sketched illustrations of new designs for her collection. I always wanted to help so when she would get up for something, I would take her drawing and color it in for her. LoL.. It didn’t take Mom long to get me my own set of drawing pencils and paper just to keep me from demolishing her drawings. She never got mad though. She would just look at me, smile and say that’s terrific. Thanks for helping me.

I am always trying out new products that will keep my skin glowing and bright. Lytera is one of the products I’ve used that I was really happy with. It did exactly what it claimed to do, my skin was brighter and more even practically erasing freckles from sun exposure over the years. I used it for about 4 months and just watched as my skin improved weekly with very little effort. Check out my the details, View original post on BlondiBeach.com (here)
This weeks Blondi Beach City Spot took me to Dr Shino Bay Aguileras new office expansion on Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale. I posted a video of my visit with an inside look his special anti-aging skin care clinic. View original post and inside edition video (here)

I was getting ready to go out to dinner last night with the girls and Valentine crawled up onto my clothes and started giving me that sad face. He gets separation anxiety big time these days.

(The Memorial that stands where the towers once stood in NY)
It’s September 11th and I just observed a moment of silence honoring those who lost their lives. In my silence I remembered some words from our Presidents speech, “What the heart has once had, it shall never lose.” We will never forget those that we love and the experiences that we have had in our life’s journey. I love pictures because they hold so many memories. When I was little I used to take pictures of everything. When my Mom developed the film to see what I had taken, she would always complain that there weren’t any people in them. I used to take pictures of things like nature, animals, and especially the beach where we lived. It used to make her crazy. LoL.. I’m not a great photographer by industry standards for sure but still I love to capture experiences and things I’ve seen or done to remind myself that I lived. It helps me slow down enough to acknowledge life in a more conscious way. My #outfitoftheday was taken while we were filming a #fashion video for www.BlondiBeachwear.com about 1 second later a tornado warning alert came on the phones and a gust of cold wind blew the camera over. I caught it just before it hit the ground. To celebrate Labor Day weekend my Mom and I enjoyed dinner with friends. It was a really fun day. On Wednesday I posted a photo of this twist front sundress from my collection at blondibeachwear.com that I really love. It’s one of my favorites. See more photo’s here. Tags: #style #ootd #fashion #fashionblogger #style #fashiondiaries Yesterday the sky looked alive with so many beautiful colors. It looked like it was framing the city so I took this quick photo with my phone. Even just with a cell phone photo, you can still feel how inspiring nature can be. Every once in a while when I need a little break I search #art tags for inspiration. Last week I saw this amazing photograph posted by an artist named Heather Lee Annevans. This is what dreams look like. I think its amazing. http://heatherleeannevans.com
