Painting an Easy Watercolor Floral Bouquet
Painting an Easy Watercolor Floral Bouquet
This is actually a very easy watercolor painting idea for beginners to make. I love the white space left to help guide the eye and the beautiful transparency of the paint on paper. Give it a try.

Imperial Purple: https://amzn.to/3RugVdd
Quinacridone Rose https://amzn.to/3NPAREd
Script brush, liner brush Princeton Neptune: https://amzn.to/3P5EuXw
Arches Paper: 9 x 12 : https://amzn.to/3OUna8g
🌸The background is done first. Wet on wet opera pink with imperial purple blended in one quickly brush wash leaving areas of white.
🌸Let dry
🌸Use the side of your round brush and roll it across the width of a pedal shape to apply color for the petals.
🌸Opera rose and quin rose was used here in different strengths.
Let each layer dry before you overlay them.
🌸Purple was used to create the stems with a few dots and then a quick brush stroke with the tip of the round brush or you can also use a script brush, liner brush or even the back of your brush if there is a slight taper to it. Try different things.
